Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Madison County records do not all live in one office. The Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior and Juvenile Court record channels from Danielsville. Probate Court handles estates, guardianships, marriages, vital records, mental-health evaluations, weapons carry licenses, and local traffic citations. Magistrate Court handles warrants, first appearances, bond, small civil claims, dispossessory cases, garnishments, and other limited matters.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, Madison County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, prosecutor, public defender, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point to the right Madison County office, but the document has to come from that office.
